Jugendherberge Furth Im Wald

Those used tissues under my bed pretty much summed up the place. I spent three days there, and it was awful: bad food and very hard beds. I wouldn't have made it without my chips. I'd advise going somewhere else.

The food stood out most for us. Both breakfast and dinner had generous, nicely presented buffets that were better than what we've had at other youth hostels. We came as a group of over 20, and the manager and staff were always helpful and gave us excellent information. A flawless, modern hostel. Keep it up!

The bathroom was wonderful, and the whole place was spotless, not a bit of dust anywhere. The renovation feels really well done, right down to the lamps, which are different styles but still work together. It was my first stay in a youth hostel, and I was blown away by the beautiful setting. I'll gladly come back. Keep up the good work! Mathilde

The cozy lounge and kids' lounge, with all its games, were a big hit with us. We spent five nights at the lovely youth hostel in Furth im Wald as a family with three children, and got a warm welcome. We also explored Furth and the surrounding area, enjoying its activities, nature, and sights. It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to return.
