B&B HOTEL Hannover-Laatzen

The price is reasonable, and the place is basic but clean. The Wi-Fi in my room didn’t work, though, which caused me a problem.

Really great!!!

The room was fine, but the floor needed a thorough clean. The bathroom was about what you’d expect at a B&B. Breakfast cost too much for what it was. The rolls were hard and stale, and the breakfast room felt cramped. Communication was poor, and the staff at both reception and breakfast were simply unfriendly. With service like that, I wouldn’t come back. It also didn’t feel like the other B&B hotels.

The breakfast was great, and the timing worked really well. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate, and generally I thought the hotel was great. But there was no hot water at all. Showering wasn’t possible, and even brushing my teeth was a struggle. That’s unacceptable. There also wasn’t a drinks or snack vending machine, despite what some websites say, so at night you have to go to a gas station if you want something to drink. Really annoying, and that’s why I took off a star.
