The train station is just around the corner, so Schwerin is easy to reach by train. We also had a well-equipped apartment, with a bakery and supermarket both within walking distance.

The landlady was lovely, and daily essentials are easy to find nearby. The bakery has really good bread and rolls. The apartment itself is well worth recommending, though we did find woodlice. I also missed having a small bathroom bin, and the shower curtain kept sticking to my bum 🤭. A screen or different curtain would be better.

Everything was fine, I'd happily stay again.
