There’s no direct access to the lake, as others have already mentioned. The balcony view is nice, but that’s about all this house has going for it. The accommodation is old and dingy, the mattresses are poor, and the shower tray has no curtain or screen. Not recommended!

The house was okay for sleeping and is well placed for exploring the Lake Constance area. But rain came in through some of the windows during heavy weather. The advertised beach and boat couldn’t be used because the area was so muddy, and without a jetty or paving stones, it’s hard to swim in the lake without getting covered in mud. For the price, I expected more. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this vacation home.
