The price was reasonable, and the hotel was nice. Just a heads-up, the entrance is around the back of the house, not on the main street.

Everything you need is right by the beautiful market square, from good restaurants and bakeries to friendly locals. We felt warmly welcomed even though the hotel was closed for holidays. It’s a lovely place in a fantastic location. I can only give 4 stars because we didn’t get to try the breakfast. We’d highly recommend it!

The customer service really stood out. We left a pencil case behind, and they called to let us know before we’d even noticed it was missing. They’re sending it straight to us. Thanks so much for taking care of that so quickly. The hotel itself is in a great spot, with beautiful rooms and a very good breakfast.

Parking nearby was handy, and the business room was a good size. It was also very quiet despite being close to the street, and having an elevator was useful. Everything was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to be able to make tea or coffee. Breakfast was excellent too. Sven and Anja were very friendly and accommodating, and took care of requests right away. Thanks for the hospitality, I’d happily come back. Regards, Bernd
