If you need two bedrooms, the apartment works well. The third bedroom is in the basement, though, and smells damp. It probably isn't healthy to sleep in there.

A fantastic place for a family of five or six, with plenty of room for everyone.

The grill was left dirty by the previous guests, and every wall was filthy. We never saw the owners, either. With dampness and a musty smell everywhere, the place needs a full renovation before it should be rented again. As soon as we opened the front door, that pungent odor hit us. We were there with our children, including two little ones, and found black mold on the walls and groundwater rising in the basement. Nobody could sleep down there. Stay away!

The place has an 80s feel and is dated throughout. The apartment is in poor shape and fairly expensive, with no parking space. The basement bedroom and downstairs bathroom are a disgrace.

On arrival, the apartment hadn't been cleaned and was left as the previous tenant had left it, including food. The basement room was damp, had extensive mold, and smelled musty. Its beds were awful, with mattresses more like dog beds. The rest of the apartment was neglected and clearly needed maintenance. It doesn't match the description. Stay away. I have to give it one star. 😀
