Ferienhaus Butterfly 2

The hygiene was a complete disaster at Butterfly 2 EG3. There were stains on the mattress, and the sofas had hair, dander, and food left on them. The whole house and the towels smelled so bad that we couldn't even dry our hands. Grease covered the kitchen stove, making it unusable, and the pots and pans were no use at all. The bathroom handle was broken and caught your hand when opening or closing the door. Every corner of the place was in poor condition. We had told them how many people would be staying at early check-in, but heard nothing about an extra fee until after the free-cancellation deadline. Between the service, communication, and hygiene, the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
