You can walk into the town center from this quiet spot, and there's parking right outside the house. The apartment was modern and clean, with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. Definitely recommend it.

We had the upstairs apartment for four people and stayed for two weeks. It was modern, very nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The owner was really friendly, and towels and soap were available downstairs. There's a large balcony and a private parking spot. Rewe is about 1 km away. In summer, cows pass right in front of the apartment between the barn and pasture at 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM every day. Garmisch feels a bit too touristy for me, and the traffic could be bothersome if you're sensitive to noise.

We had a lovely holiday in this very nice apartment. A few things were missing: no hand soap in the bathroom or dishwasher tablets, and it would've been good to have a table and chairs out on the balcony.

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, and lovely furnishings. It's also really quiet and in a great location.
