Gudrun made us feel welcome right away, with lots of helpful information about the area, plus champagne and strawberry cake for dessert. The location was another big plus, just off Garmisch's pedestrian shopping area, and she provided free parking behind the building, which was a huge help after driving from Munich. We were eight adults and a one-year-old, staying three nights. There were four bedrooms and a loft, with a shower and sink in every room, plus three bathrooms conveniently across the hall. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, including several coffee makers. The apartment was clean and modern. I'd highly recommend it.

Such a lovely apartment, and we can't wait to hear what you think! The pedestrian zone and Garmisch city center are right outside the building. It's a very calm, quiet area, with the ski bus around the corner and parking behind the building.

The landlady was incredibly helpful, even when we ran into special situations during our vacation, and there was free parking for several cars. The apartment is right in central Garmisch, which made for a great base. Every room was clean, and fresh towels were always available. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return. I'd recommend it for groups of 6-8 as well.

After coming to Garmisch every autumn for a long time, this visit was a complete letdown. We were much happier with the cleanliness and cleaning staff last December. This time, cleanliness was a disaster: stains all over the jacuzzi, hair on the beds, and the kitchen stank of vinegar cleaner. The cleaning staff was terrible. We were really disappointed with the apartment and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Greetings from Hamburg

Our loft was spacious enough for the group, clean, and well equipped. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. It's right in the city center but stays quiet on a side street, and there's free parking. We'd happily stay again.
