The alpine view was nice, and the price was good. I reserved one apartment for three people, but found two rooms with separate entrances and shared utilities. It was on the second floor, and the stairs weren't comfortable. Nobody was there when we arrived, just two very old people who were difficult to deal with. I also didn't know where to park because I had trouble with their neighbors. The invoice was wrong twice, and the person I had been in contact with never met me.

The people renting the place were so nice. When part of my father's wheelchair broke, they even fixed it for him. The apartment was beautiful, in a Bavarian-style building, and everything seemed brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and we could walk to the grocery store, ATMs, and downtown. It was also an easy drive to Oberammergau, Zugspitzebahn, and lots of other places. My son, nephews, and father wondered why we went to Salzburg instead of spending more time here. Absolutely amazing!

The owners were always reachable by phone or in person, and dealt with anything that came up right away. They're kind, helpful, and great to talk to. We even got a little welcome surprise, fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of Hugo. Our attic apartment was cozy but still spacious enough for four people and a toddler, with everything we needed. We'd love to come back.
