The room’s handy public transport links were a plus, and the cooler with bottled drinks in the hallway is a great idea. Our bed was fine, and the clean, pleasant maisonette had a small practical kitchen for washing breakfast dishes. Having breakfast delivered to the room was nice, even if getting the butter out of those mini jars was tricky. The nearby main road can be noisy, partly because of drivers in loud vehicles going too fast. The bathroom felt cramped around the sink, shower, and toilet.

The rooms are clean and modern, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff were really friendly. It’s not the best base for Alpine skiing in Garmisch, though.

The family provided fantastic service, and breakfast was great. The view straight onto the "Zugspitze" is mindblowing. I’ll definitely be back.

The location worked really well for me: quiet, yet between the old town and the area with bars and restaurants. Free street parking was available, and the staff made the stay feel personal and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again. The breakfast arrived in wooden crates and was a highlight. There was plenty to choose from, mostly regional products, and the little kitchenette and dining table in the room made it easy to take our time over breakfast. Great value for money, and the sauna is available for €20.
