Our next trip to Garmisch will definitely be another stay in this apartment. We felt very comfortable during our four nights, and everything was perfect. Herr Sieber welcomed us warmly, gave us good regional tips, and had a little birthday surprise ready for my wife. The apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail, clean and tidy, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The modern underfloor and wall heating, along with all the wood inside and out, made for a lovely indoor climate. Everything was provided, from a ski boot warmer to a washing machine with detergent, and it was all included in the price. Herr Sieber clearly cares more about making guests feel comfortable than charging extra for everything. It's in a very quiet second-row location, with a parking space and Wallbox right by the door. Charging our electric car at 30ct/kWh was a very fair price. The town center and railway line are within walking distance.

My wife, son, and I spent a week here in July 2023, and I have no real complaints, except that the electric blinds were really slow ;-) Mr. Sieber greeted us warmly and was quick to offer useful tips. The apartment is in a quiet residential street about a 5-minute walk from the town center, and it was very peaceful. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a small HDMI cable coming straight from the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, which made it easy to connect something like a game console. There were also a few cold beers from Bavarian breweries waiting in the fridge, a thoughtful touch. Five stars from me, and many thanks to Mr. Sieber for a wonderful stay!

Mr. Sieber is a caring host who takes care of everything. The holiday apartment is tastefully furnished and very comfortable, with nothing missing. Its location is perfect, about a 10-minute walk from the town center. We'd gladly return.

We had plenty of room for our bikes, hiking boots, and other things. The apartment is modern and stylish, and the landlord was extremely friendly. It's close to town and a good base for lots of activities. We stayed for a week.
