Guests seem to come last here. I had an accident two days before our arrival and could no longer travel, so I messaged the management to explain what had happened. We had booked through Booking.com, which offered an option to change dates, but the hotel wouldn't let us do that, even though it was all we were asking for. They charged us for the room despite knowing we couldn't come, apparently thinking only of their profits. The management was strict and rude, with no wish to help or understand our situation. I highly don't recommend this hotel.

The mountain views from our balcony were great, and the room was outstanding. We were also just a short walk from nice restaurants and downtown. Fantastic location and staff!

A cozy spot with a lovely balcony view and a walkable location. The staff are friendly. I'd like to come back another time.

The balcony made my mornings feel so peaceful, with a magical view. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, and check-in was quick and easy. Its location close to everything made exploring super convenient. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and a bit of nature's beauty.

We lost our flights, money, and vacation days, and the hotel couldn't have cared less. We had to cancel our honeymoon because Israel's airspace was closed due to the war with Iran. We told the hotel four days ahead, but they refused a refund or even credit. No compassion, flexibility, or humanity, just “policy.” Cold and heartless. Avoid this place. Never again.
