Christian and the rest of the staff were always attentive and helpful. We went skiing each day; the hotel has good storage for skis and boots, though we chose to leave our skis at the gondola. The Flixbus from Munich Airport stops right outside, and the train station is there too. Many attractions are within walking distance, the main town is about ten minutes away on foot, and there are restaurants close by. Thanks, Christian. We’ll be back.

Cozy rooms, flexible check-in, and a fresh, well-stocked breakfast buffet made for a great stay. The staff were so friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

The service was really warm, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is in a handy spot, right by the Bahnhof and Zugspitze Bahn.

The location is hard to beat: the train station is at most a minute away on foot, and the bus station takes about 40 seconds to reach. I got quick service too. After I accidentally left my key card in the room, the receptionist immediately gave me a duplicate. They’re warm and friendly, though English is a struggle for the receptionist. My single room was small, but quiet and peaceful, and both the sheets and bathroom were clean. I found the price steep for a single room, although I suppose the whole town is expensive. Wi-Fi reached 150 Mbps around noon and 253 Mbps very early in the morning. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, with elevators to the rooms. I arrived two hours before the usual time and was lucky to be given a room.
