Hotel Gautinger Hof

I really liked the hotel and the atmosphere around it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the train station is very close. The bakery across the road from the station was amazing. It seemed like paying in cash might be easier at this hotel. A nice spot to relax.

The hotel’s buffet breakfast was included in our rate, and we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Zum Baren, where the atmosphere was nice and the staff were wonderful and friendly. Our room had a bath and was nice. The desk staff were helpful and friendly too. Gauting has markets, shops, a post office, bank, and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is also well placed for the nearby train station, with an easy ride into Munich. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

There’s an excellent restaurant on site, and the staff were very polite. The beds were comfortable, and our spacious room had plenty of light. It’s a quaint little hotel with what you need, within walking distance of the subway, and street parking is available. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I’m especially grateful to the hotel staff for finding a valuable personal item I’d lost in my room. They searched more than once, kept in touch with me, and looked after it so I could come back and collect it. Thank you 🙏 It’s a nice place to stay, with friendly reception staff and a good Indian restaurant.
