The ceiling lights in the rooms are something else, haha. The little guesthouse is lovely, and all the thoughtful touches make it clear the owners care. The staff were the friendliest we met anywhere in Germany. Have breakfast there, since nothing else in town is open in the morning, and enjoy a drink in the garden. It's a great spot.

We rented e-bikes here the next day, and it was a fantastic experience. The garden is idyllic, the beers and wines are excellent, and the staff are friendly and quick. We also had the best ‘Schäuferla’ ever. If you're in Geisfeld, don't forget to visit Büttel!!!! Thank you.

It was a lively evening, with plenty going on. The atmosphere was great, though you shouldn't expect a quiet meal.

Go for the pork shoulder. The service, food, and beer were all amazing.
