We felt very comfortable and would definitely book this place again. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and our room was really spacious. Towels and bed linen were ready for us, along with a bottle of water and some snacks. Everything was very clean, and Veltins Arena is about a 15-minute walk away.

The host was really friendly and even left some beers in the fridge for us, thanks again! The apartment was fantastic, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were big TVs in both rooms, and Veltins Arena is practically a stone’s throw away. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back! Cheers, the Magdeburgers!

The kiosk in the building is handy, and it’s only a short walk to the arena. The rooms are large and, above all, clean, and check-in was simple. Communication with Mr. Makowiecki was excellent. He’s very friendly and always finds a solution when there’s a problem. I’ll definitely come back.
