SK Apartments - Sandwood

You can get to the nature reserve in just a few minutes, with cool forests and reclaimed slag heaps to run through, which is a nice extra if you like running. The apartment itself was in excellent shape, clean, and the landlord’s service was outstanding. It had a well-equipped kitchen with basic supplies, a modern-looking bathroom, and a comfortable pull-out bed. Even an iron was provided. A fantastic place to stay, even for a longer stretch. I’d happily come back anytime.

Everything was spotless, and the apartment is right in the center, with shops and other places within walking distance and a bus stop just outside. It has useful household basics and appliances, including a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s also a washing machine in the basement for longer stays. The living and sleeping area has dimmable lights with different color settings, and the sofa has been replaced by a very comfortable bed. I was very satisfied and can highly recommend it. If I travel to Gelsenkirchen again, I’ll get in touch with the friendly, helpful landlord.

The apartments were modern, spacious, and very clean. We got a warm welcome from excellent, friendly hosts, and they took care of all our extra requests. Definitely recommended.

Everything was okay.
