Gasthof Zur Linde

The classy setting made dining feel special, and the food was excellent quality. The staff were friendly too. A truly unique find.

There was a bit of a wait, but the food was definitely worth it.

We were three for dinner at the Linde, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the regulars from Gemünden quickly made us feel part of their circle. We felt very comfortable and thought the evening was simply fantastic. Thanks so much! We’d love to return when we’re in the area. Greetings from the Palatinate! ;-))

The Schäufele (pork shoulder) was a real highlight, tender and juicy with a perfectly crispy crust. Weiherer beer on tap went beautifully with it, and the portions were generous enough that nobody would leave hungry. The prices also felt very reasonable for what you get. We had dinner with friends and their children at the Gasthaus zur Linde in Gemünden, and were welcomed warmly right from the start. Service stayed friendly and attentive with both the adults and kids throughout the evening. The classic German food was prepared to a really high standard, with excellent quality. If you enjoy Franconian specialties, the Schäufele is worth trying. It was a culinary highlight and a perfect evening for our group. We’ll definitely be back!
