We had a wonderful concert there last week, and the hotel was near where we performed. It was a clean, bright, warm place to stay, and we really liked it.

The breakfast was hard to make sense of, more like something for kids, with small portions of jam and honey, and it cost 14€ (13.90). There was no fridge in the room. The toilet wasn’t cleaned for three out of four days, and the towel wasn’t changed for three days either. There’s no ventilation in the toilet.

The receptionist was polite and nice, but I left very disappointed. The Wi-Fi had been completely out for three days, and they called it “technical issues.” When I got back at night, my room code wouldn’t open the front door, so I had to wake my friend to come down and let me in. Someone also cleaned my room even though I’d left the “do not disturb” card on the door.

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Gera. The service was amazing 😍

It was difficult to explain what I needed because the staff didn’t speak English very well.
