Great service, and I’ll look to use these rooms again when I’m working in the area. Everything feels high quality and good value for money. 10/10

We had a confirmed, fully paid reservation through Booking.com, but the property canceled on our arrival day, saying there had been a "system error." We reached the address at 21:00 and found the place completely closed and abandoned. The host wouldn’t answer calls or messages and offered no alternative accommodation, so we ended up sleeping in our car. Our money still has NOT been refunded as of today. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and the management is absolutely untrustworthy.

I’m missing a washing machine. I stayed here for 6 weeks and there was no washing machine for clothes. The rest is ok.

The 24/7 check-in is flexible, and it’s always a pleasure staying in VR appartments. They’re nice and new.

We had trouble with self-check-in, but the service phone number got us friendly, quick help. The accommodation is centrally located and handy for the motorway, with plenty of parking behind the building. Rooms are modern, with comfortable bathrooms, showers, and hairdryers. Each has a small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and microwave, plus a table and two chairs. The mattresses are comfortable and restful. Roller shutters keep the rooms cool in summer and help block drafts when windows are open in winter. Breakfast is served in the bakery downstairs. There are tasty rolls and bread, ham, salami, cheese, and jam or honey. It’s very good and plentiful. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.
