The room looked nice, but the heating smell and the tapping from melting snow made it less comfortable. My first room in Giessen, room 504, smelled of exhaust or diesel from the heating fan. On the fifth floor, during a wet evening after heavy wet snow earlier that day, melting snow kept tapping loudly on the outside window sill. I asked to switch rooms because of the diesel smell. The very nice man at check-in came up with a new key and checked room 509 with me. It smelled clean at first, but once he left, the exhaust, oil, or diesel smell came back when the heater fan started. The loud tapping on the metal sill was there again too. At 1:30 AM, unable to fall asleep, I put my already-used bath towel across the outside sill, and that helped.

The staff were friendly, and I felt comfortable and really enjoyed my stay in the room. This was my first place to stay after arriving in Germany 🇩🇪, and the experience at B&B hotels was top notch. I definitely recommend it.

The check-in was efficient, the rooms were spacious, and it was really quiet. I booked here and had a very nice stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re coming to Gießen!

The location made nearby attractions easy to reach. My room was spotless and well equipped, with a comfortable, stylish feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and took care to meet every need with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel for an easy, pleasant visit.

I was there for Die Seriale 2025 and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. Above all, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
