The food was a real highlight at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My omnivorous friends and coworkers were happy with their meals too, and the kitchen staff at Maria Laach Seehotel went above and beyond when I asked them to make mine vegan. On the first night they created mini brownies with fresh berries and mango compote just for me. On my last night, there was nothing vegan on the set menu, and I hadn't requested dessert because I didn't want them to go out of their way. They checked whether I was sure, then made sure I still got a sweet treat after dinner. I love food, and the whole experience was lovely. The location was gorgeous, the rooms comfortable, and the staff lovely. Thank you so much! 🌻

The restaurant food was great, both at dinner and breakfast, and the staff were flexible and did all they could to make the stay enjoyable. There was amazing nature all around the hotel. A must visit if you're in the area.

The view was magnificent, the rooms spacious, and the service good. We enjoyed our stay at this very nice hotel, though we couldn't use all the facilities and might come back. The WiFi was very poor throughout the hotel, which was the one drawback.

A strange evening. I booked a room at Seehotel Maria Laach because both Booking and its own website say pets are welcome. Someone from the hotel called to say they won't accept more than one dog per room. The only solution she offered was to have us buy an extra single room for one of the dogs. Seehotel Maria Laach, my furry friends and I will spend our money at a genuinely pet-friendly hotel!

Super quiet, great location, and friendly staff. Still, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel to me. The rooms are on the small side, check-in only starts at 2:30 pm, and the wet sauna didn't seem very hygienic.
