Apartuum

It's a shame, because I've always liked staying here and things used to be easy to arrange with a nice young woman. I came back after a few weeks and something seems to have changed, either in the process or with the staff. Setting up check-in was quite complicated, and for almost two weeks I've been trying to get the right invoice. So far I've only received a photo of it with incorrect information, which is really frustrating for work trips. I can't get hold of anyone today: one phone number isn't working and nobody answers the other. I'll look for somewhere else in future.

We were given an upgrade because the smaller room couldn't fit a cot for our little one. The rooms are beautiful, with thoughtful details and a great atmosphere. Simply fantastic. We'd love to return again and again! ☺️

The harbor location in Glückstadt is fantastic. The rest of the experience was an absolute disgrace, and I've never been treated so badly at a hotel. The "receptionist" was incredibly unfriendly from the start, and there was simply no service. My work had booked through a portal, but none of the staff knew how to use it, and they wouldn't accept digital payment. The manager stepped in and, after I complained, gave me another apartment. The photos are of that second, supposedly "better" place. I told the manager I was only staying one night, but after moving me, they pressured me to pay the remaining balance. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.
