Hotel Hohenstaufen KG

We’ve stayed at this lovely German hotel several times over the past few years. The rooms are quiet if you get one facing away from the street, which makes for a peaceful stay. They’re spotless, tidy, comfortable, and nicely sized, though not especially large. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful, with lots of local food. I usually keep the windows open, and if you’re in a room above the restaurant you may occasionally hear guests chatting as they leave in the evening. It’s a charming place, and staying here is always a pleasure.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful enough that I didn’t need lunch. The hotel is quiet, well kept, and reasonably priced, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre. Rooms are clean and have what you need, including a kettle, which is unfortunately getting harder to find. There’s also free parking in the courtyard. I’d clearly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy, service was very good, and the food was good too. Breakfast was included and good. The train and restaurants are within walking distance.

Whenever work brings me to Göppingen, this is where I stay. It’s a family-run place, and they really look after you. The location, service, and value for the price are all spot on.
