Lisa had Room 6 ready for our family of five, and this vacation apartment had everything we needed: a full kitchen with tools and equipment, dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Nothing was missing. The kids slept in the bedroom, which has blackout shades that really helped with the long summer daylight. We used the sofa bed, and it was as comfortable as any bed. The large patio was nicely positioned, shady in the morning and with the sun hidden behind a tree in the evening. Upstairs there’s a play area, a small video library we didn’t get around to using, and a climbing room the kids loved. Nearby in the woods, there’s also a shaded playground with a zipline, slides, and a giant swing. Lisa’s breakfast alone is a reason to visit: a buffet plus a handwritten menu of cooked dishes. I tried almost everything, and it was all great, from meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea to things I don’t know the right names for. The place is deep in the countryside beside a small cherry farm. We’re glad we booked a couple of nights, and plan to return if we’re in the area.

Mrs. Schuster is so kind and friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic 👌🏼. We spent three days in the guesthouse, which is lovingly furnished and has a lovely, harmonious feel, with lots of attention to detail. We felt very comfortable. It seems just right for hikers and cyclists ☺️.

Breakfast was hard to put into words, it was that good. The cooks clearly care about hospitality and know their way around food: quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and everything tasted delicious. We stayed as an extended family, four adult couples and eleven children, and there was plenty of space for everyone to have a retreat in the lovingly furnished guesthouse. The kids especially loved the attic bouldering room and all the well-stocked Playmobil toys. Highly recommend it.

We almost didn’t want to leave today, and we’ll definitely come back. The quiet, beautiful setting, bright and clean rooms, and sensational breakfast made for a lovely few days with our two children. They especially loved the play and climbing room, and there are lots of nice excursions nearby. Thank you so much 😀

The rooms are modern and very clean, and the attic has climbing holds for different ages. I came here hoping for a few quiet days and found exactly that. The hosts are incredibly warm, and it felt like home right away. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Since I wanted a peaceful birthday, I asked for a small campfire in the evening, and it was fantastic 🔥❤️.
