After my train was canceled on October 28, I tried to cancel the Booking reservation I’d made for October 30 to November 1. They refused and charged me €180 anyway. I definitely wouldn’t book this far ahead.

We’re glad we picked this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast felt like something from a good restaurant, and there are two big grocery stores within walking distance.

The room had a pretty unique interior, with a bit of DIY creativity. It’s clean, and the staff are really friendly. Being a little remote made the place more appealing to me, and the short walk out of town was worth it. You can hear traffic, but it’s quite bearable with the windows shut. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to return to this beautiful city full of historic buildings.

We were late checking in because of traffic, and the owner wouldn’t wait an hour for us. They told us to find another hotel, charged us anyway, and won’t refund any of our money. Really bad service. Worst experience ever. Don’t book here.

The room was a mess: stained blankets, badly soiled carpets, marks all over the walls and ceiling, and mold in the bathroom. The walls hadn’t been painted properly either. Even with the door locked, it stayed slightly ajar. The place is right by an arcade on the highway.
