I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this stay was a real disappointment. The mattress smelled, and the shower was in terrible shape. The owner was rude and dismissive, speaking to us unprofessionally and making us feel unwelcome. There was attitude and no basic courtesy, so customer service clearly isn't a priority. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, respectful stay. Those five-star Google reviews can only be fake!

The room was cold and not very clean, and breakfast was just okay. You have to pay before you can see the room. I wouldn't recommend it.

The German food was good, the staff were cute and friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

The Wi-Fi was slow and the room was small, but that was fine for me staying just one night.

This hotel has a very powerful name, but that's about it.
