The worst problems were the lighting and the bathroom. Some parts of the hotel were so dark I had to feel my way around, while in the room the only choice was to switch on all the bright lights at once. The shower was so low it felt meant for children, and the bath couldn’t be used because its plug had been removed. On arrival, everything was unplugged, including the fridge, which made it pointless for a short stay. The lamps in the apartment had no sockets nearby, so they couldn’t be used. My phone had no internet inside the building, which isn’t their fault, but charging €15 per device for Wi-Fi feels like robbery. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one isn’t as bad as some reviews suggest. Still, the good things pretty much stop there. It’s not the worst place I’ve stayed, but I wouldn’t recommend it, even to someone I disliked.

The problems carried on into my second week here, which I had to spend because it was already booked. Windows were falling out of their frames, and the water was turned off. I’d pay a few more Euros and stay somewhere else. This place should be shut down. When I arrived, the heating was off, probably to save money, but that’s not how a place should be in winter. The room was still cold after 24 hours. There was no hot water, though apparently it was going to be fixed, and the bathroom had no soap or even a plastic cup. It felt like my version of camping, only more luxurious. The 'receptionist' seemed completely disinterested that there was no hot water and the heating barely worked. I’d highly recommend staying home rather than coming here.

Fine for a short stay. You have to pay for the Wi-Fi, and there’s no elevator. On the top floor, the windows in the room can’t be opened, so I imagine it could get really hot in summer.
