The apartment is spacious and well located, with a bathroom in every room, but that’s about where the good points stop. The landlord’s photos don’t show the furniture as it really is. Some of the old pieces are wobbly enough to feel unsafe to sit on, and there are cobwebs all over the walls. Old or antique furniture doesn’t have to be broken, neglected, and run-down, but this is.

We spent the weekend here with six people and were completely happy with the apartment. Absolutely fantastic, and we’d book it again next time.

The breakfast was first-class and clearly made with care. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean, cozy, and right in the centre. We’d be happy to come back.

Having a bathroom in every room was great, and the price was excellent for what you get.
