For several days, I had an excellent room at a very reasonable rate, under 60€ a night. The building is conveniently close to the train station and about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The landowner was exceptionally kind, and daily cleaning is included if you ask for it. Breakfast is functional rather than extensive, but it fits the character of the place. Thanks, Richard, for the outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The hosts gave great service, and breakfast had everything I could ask for. My practical room was very clean and I slept well. It's a pleasant, safe 10-minute walk into the city. Görlitz also makes a good base for nearby towns, walks, cycling, and the Zittau mountains, especially the Narrow Guage Steam Railway. I hope to return next year.

Highly recommend 👍👍 The room was comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was gorgeous. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Staying here gives you a sense of European and German history and culture, not just a hotel.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and you can literally hear "everything" in the building. Bring earplugs if you're staying here.

The people are really nice, and it's the cheapest hotel ever. Nice place.
