Mr. Braun was very kind and helpful, and I felt right at home in the incredibly cozy apartment. It has all new interiors and was renovated with care. Just keep in mind it's on the second floor and there's no elevator. The house dates back to 1604, which makes it a shame it has no stories to tell... The old town is a quick walk away, with its winding streets, restaurants, cafés, and shops. I'll definitely be back.😊

We felt at home as soon as we stepped into this attractive, artistically furnished first-floor apartment. The old house has a lovely smell and lots of charm, though the stairs up to the apartment are steep. The eat-in kitchen has pretty yellow armchairs, a little dishwasher, an oven, and everything we needed. The bedroom is small and cozy, probably best for couples in love. The bathroom is right beside the bed, with a lovely rain shower, and it was clean and attractive. The door does close securely, which is handy since the toilet isn't far from the bed. Guests should be fairly comfortable with each other. The bathroom works for people up to 1.90m, but taller or heavier guests may find the toilet and shower cramped. Mr. Braun greeted us warmly and promptly, and shared hiking and shopping tips. Google Maps brought us through Goslar's narrow, charming streets without trouble. We used the landlord's parking permit for area G and parked in public spaces a few meters away. Depending on when you return, you may need to circle around to find a space or use the larger lot farther away. Wi-Fi was a little unreliable, though fine for downloading town information, and we could hear footsteps from the apartment above. Goslar is wonderfully quiet at night. After dinner, it was lovely to stroll its narrow streets. The town center is lively, the people are friendly, and there's hardly any litter, graffiti, or grime.

Mr. Brown is really nice, and the apartment has everything you need, including a fridge with a small freezer and a dishwasher. It's central and comes with free parking. The apartment isn't very big, though Mr. Brown has a family apartment in the living room.

The landlord was friendly, and we liked this holiday apartment. The old town and its Christmas market, which is well worth seeing, are just a short walk away. We'd happily return.

It's just a few meters from the old town, so you can leave the car behind for shopping or going out to eat 👍 The apartment is beautiful and furnished with care.
