Breakfast and room cleaning are handled with a good focus on sustainability. We spent three nights at Pension Koch in the old town at the end of October and felt very comfortable. It's central but still quiet, and the furnishings have that Harz charm.

Breakfast was delicious, and we liked that it was made to suit our wishes so food wouldn't go to waste. Mrs. Koch was very friendly and attentive to what guests needed. The guesthouse itself feels like going back in time, with carefully chosen antique furniture. Everything worth seeing is an easy walk away, and we could use a nearby parking space for free with our permit. We had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend the Koch guesthouse.

We were welcomed so warmly and looked after really well. The place is cozy, clean, and quiet, in a lovely spot near the city center. Breakfast is excellent, and the effort to avoid waste is well thought out. We'd definitely return. Thanks so much! 🤗

The room was great, and we got such a warm welcome. Pension Koch is comfortably furnished, with a generous, good breakfast. Its central location gives you plenty to do nearby. We'll certainly come back. Best wishes to the Koch family, and thanks for a lovely stay.
