Mrs. Fritzsche was so kind and accommodating. We spent four restful days in this lovely little Harz Mountains retreat, even with everything feeling hectic at the time. It’s ideally placed for hikes, and the historic old town is right nearby.

Bettina has made the apartment feel wonderfully cozy, with plenty of feminine charm, and she’s happy to offer useful recommendations. It’s easy to find even if you don’t know the area, and only a few minutes from the market square, right in central Goslar. Everything you need is there.

The landlady lives in the same building and is very friendly, with tips for excursions, restaurants, and places to eat. The apartment in Goslar’s old town has everything you need. There’s parking right in front, and bicycles can be kept securely in a storage room if needed. We’d love to return if we get the chance.

The hostess gave us lots of tourist information and bus tickets that worked smoothly around the area. Getting around by public transport was convenient, and the city center is just a few minutes away on foot. My husband and I stayed four nights in this very nice, fully equipped apartment, with many thoughtful little details. Highly recommended!

It’s quiet here, yet everything is close by, with the old town only 500 meters away. We really liked the apartment: a good size and furnished with care.
