Paul Lincke Residenz

The apartments, which seem to be managed by an outside company, were unfortunately dirty. We had to clean the toilets ourselves, found the bathroom bin still full of the previous guests' rubbish, and saw lots of cobwebs in the suite. That took away from an otherwise lovely party. We were there on August 23, 2025, for a surprise birthday celebration at Yvonne and Michael's Paul-Lincke-Stube. Their hospitality and service were outstanding, and I'm very grateful to them.

We were surprised by how much nicer the place looked in person than it did in the photos. I expected the old-fashioned decor might feel a bit musty or creaky, but it didn't. Everything was very clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The rooms, hallway, and whole house are decorated with so many little details, there's always something interesting on display. The kitchen has a kettle, stove, toaster, and a few other useful things. We got a very friendly welcome, and check-in and check-out were easy. We'd definitely stay again.

The house has a lovely feel to it, and the Paul Lincke details really fascinated our children. We had a wonderful weekend there in January with our kids. Both apartments were well equipped, booking and check-in were straightforward, and the small issues we ran into were sorted out right away. We highly recommend the accommodation.

We were there last October and came back in June. As usual, it was peaceful and really pleasant. The room this time wasn't in as good a condition as the one we had last year. A few things were loose or faulty: the door handle, kitchen tap, and bathroom drawers, and the toilet kept running unless we hit it to make it stop. Otherwise, it was still very cozy. Maybe everything will be sorted by next time. We'll definitely come back.
