Pension Müritzblick

I can't recommend this place. The owner does the cooking, but some dishes are inedible, and breakfast is inadequate. Guests also have to set and clear their own tables. For what you get, it's poor value for money.

We’ve stayed here four times now, and we’ll definitely return. Sitting on the terrace is lovely, and in the evening there's nothing to hear. As someone who lives in the city, I find that pure luxury. The hosts are so friendly and genuinely kind, and the imaginative food is delicious. The rooms aren't particularly trendy, but they're very nice, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful little details. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Everything you might need is there, and the rooms are spotless. The service is very friendly, the food is delicious, and it feels like a place run with real attention to detail. Good value for money, too. This was my fourth stay.

The owners are lovely, friendly, accommodating, and wonderfully hospitable. Breakfast has everything needed for a hearty meal, and in the evenings the owner cooks delicious set menus, always prepared and presented with care and variety. We found this guesthouse to be excellent value and would happily return when we visit the Mecklenburg Lake District again. It's a very peaceful, rural spot, with fields all around and the neighbors' cows mooing. Lake Müritz is close, but far enough away that mosquitoes aren't a major problem. The windows have mosquito nets, so we could air out the room without worrying. We rented bikes cheaply nearby, which made exploring easy. Our simply furnished room had the basics, a very comfortable bed, a TV, a Senseo coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
