It was really quiet, and we slept soundly. We stopped here on the way down to Croatia with our two kids, and they still made us a nice special meal from Bayern. Very family friendly, too: they offered a crib for our little one.

Traditional country feel, lots of wood, and a nice setting. The staff were kind and very polite, and the food was great.

There’s a large parking area, plus a swing set and trampoline for kids, but the place sits right on a busy street and gets tons of tourists in summer. The menu has many traditional Bavarian dishes. The "Hirschbraten" is a large portion at a reasonable price. The large salad could use something more memorable, like eggs, olives, avocados, or almonds. The Argentinian skirt steak was a good-sized portion and reasonably priced. Some middle aged, heavily tattooed waitresses wear dirndles, if that's your thing.

Good food, though it seemed less qualitative than last year. It’s a nice traditional Bavarian restaurant, with a garden terrace and a big outdoor play area for kids. Worth a visit.
