The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast and coffee are very good. Check-in was slow, and finding the place by car is tricky since the web address seems to be for pedestrians. There’s no elevator, though the staircase is wide.

Since the renovation, the place has become really nice and fancy, and the service was great and friendly. Still, I miss the Cordonbleu and free Kinderschitzel from the old Kastenwirt.

A nice hotel for a stay in this area. There’s no air conditioning in the room, so it could get hot in August.
