The internet kept dropping and the signal was unreliable. I’m sure it could be sorted out fairly quickly. Apart from that, I had a good stay. The online communication was friendly and helpful, as was the cleaning lady.

Only the location, close to the city center, deserves a 4-star rating. The room wasn’t ready: the sheets and towels were dirty, glasses were left on the table, and the trash can was full (they care about the planet). There’s nobody you can contact because everything is handled electronically. BUT YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO PAY, pay first, and if you don’t like it, where are you supposed to find somewhere to sleep that night? No choice. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and hostels, and Luigi’s is clearly making money here. Business is flowing, and so is the money.

It’s quiet here despite being near the city center, and the rooms are clean. Dishes are provided for simple meals, though the refrigerator was so noisy that I switched it off. There are tables outside rooms 1-3 where smoking is allowed, unfortunately. If you open the window, the smoke gets into the whole room. During my stay one guest smoked constantly, with his last cigarette around midnight and his first at about 7 a.m. The owner can’t be blamed for that guest, but I’d support a smoking ban. Other countries are more progressive about this. There’s no breakfast.
