We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space for the three of us. A fourth person could have slept on the living room sofa bed. The apartment is absolutely recommendable. The natural beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Since the area is very rural, shopping in the village and nearby is somewhat limited. I'm 1.93 m tall, so the sloping ceiling made the shower a bit cramped, but it was manageable.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable six-day stay in this spacious, very clean holiday apartment, which had almost everything we needed. The beach is fine for a walk, and the dog beach is close by. If you're after a Caribbean-style beach, Boltenhagen is the place to go. We'd love to return.

The apartment itself was acceptable, but the beach was too rocky, and the hosts were unfriendly. It wasn't a nice place for a holiday.
