Gästezimmer im Weingut Wolf

Großkarlbach is incredibly idyllic and well worth a stroll, and the hosts were happy to share tips for nearby activities and places further away. We found the guest rooms at Wolf Winery while looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation with breakfast for a celebration in the neighboring village. Our expectations were mostly met. We only stayed in two of the rooms, so I can only speak about those. They were simple but comfortable. The mattresses were fairly firm. A small fridge in the room would have been useful for our own drinks, though there are two refrigerators in the winery entrance with beer, water, and a small selection of their wines. You just note what you take in the booklet and pay when you leave, or have it added to your bill and pay later or at home. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, liquid soap, and shampoo were provided. Breakfast, served from 8 to 10 a.m., was varied enough and carefully prepared. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

We give this place full marks. It’s well maintained, and the hosts are very friendly. They serve a lovely, delicious breakfast, offer great excursion tips, and are nice to chat with.

Great modern rooms and a superb breakfast, with a very friendly hostess. The price was excellent value, and the wine was excellent too ;-) Would love to come back.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and the well-kept guest rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread rolls, farm eggs, and homemade jam. Nothing was lacking.
