The secure place to keep our bikes was great, and the very friendly staff can prepare a delicious breakfast on request. This is more of a guesthouse than a hotel, and the only one of its kind in Guben, so there isn't any competition to worry about. The rooms are basic but functional. The wardrobe doors used as bathroom doors really need replacing with proper doors.

We were very comfortable here, and chilled drinks were available at very reasonable prices. Parking was in the gated courtyard. The owner-run guesthouse comes highly recommended. We spent a long weekend in Guben mainly to visit the Plastinarium, just 700 meters away. Our double room was functional and had everything we needed. Breakfast was just as good, lovingly prepared with a wide selection, and they genuinely took personal requests into account. Thank you, Mrs. Uherek.
