The breakfast was a typically good German spread, with eggs, meat, bread, and rolls. My room was clean and comfortable, though a little small, which was fine since I was traveling alone. I chose Hotel Lex for its proximity to the Bahnhof, just a five-minute walk away. One warning: with a non-Euro credit card, the payment defaults to your currency and you pay a double conversion fee. Pay cash to avoid the extra charges.

The room rate and private garage are very fair, and breakfast is more than okay. The rooms are dated but clean, with an awesome WiFi connection. It's a simple, quiet city hotel, and the staff, who I think are a family, are really kind and welcoming.

It's an old-fashioned hotel, but the breakfast is very nice and so are the staff.

The staff are wonderful, very kind, and make you feel at home. The hotel is also well placed, a short walk from the theater and not far from the station. The Komfort room price is worth paying, by the way.

I stayed just one night, and the place didn't look so good. It was chilly inside, around 17°C, even though it was 4°C and raining outside. I tried turning up the thermostat, but it seems they switch off the heating at night, so it never got comfortable before morning. The staff were a bit sarcastic and cold.
