Petra, Sandra, and their mom were very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. The location facing konstanz lake is fantastic, and the room is spacious with big windows. There was no air conditioning, though, so we had to open the windows. Remember to switch off the lights before opening them, or insects and mosquitoes will come in. The bed was much too soft for us. Breakfast was good, but there wasn't much variety, and the WiFi didn't work.

We felt very comfortable during our five-day stay and would highly recommend the hotel. It's centrally located by the ferry terminal.

We came by train to Lindau and then took the ferry to Hagnau, so we got to enjoy Lake Constance as soon as we arrived. The hotel is only a few meters from the boat dock. Our room had a direct lake view, and breakfast was brought to our own little terrace. The hostess was super friendly, and the rooms were lovingly decorated. The two pictures show the view from our balcony early in the morning. The hotel is truly worth the price!

Breakfast was an optional extra, served each morning at our preferred time in the garden or pavilion. Our room was small but had everything we needed and was nicely furnished. The villa is right on Lake Constance, and a short walk along a narrow road takes you to the boat dock for great trips in different directions. Its garden, with loungers and parasols, is a lovely place to relax. The owner was exceptionally friendly and always attentive to guests' well-being. Thank you for seven comfortable, relaxing days.
