Witikohof

The quality was much higher than I expected. Perfect, and we’ll be back! 😘

Top-notch.

The inclusion staff were very friendly. I was staying here for a training course, and my room was pretty basic. At 1.97 m, I found the bed too small, and its mattress was worn out. I had no hot water on either morning during the busy period, and the water pressure was extremely weak. When I raised the bed size issue, the receptionist said I could have included my height when booking. It froze overnight, but the parking lot hadn’t been gritted.

The trust the hotel places in its guests really impressed us. Drinks are recorded and paid for at the end of the stay. The sauna and swimming pool area is accessible too, and was very popular with our group. We came to Witikohof with our residents as part of a holiday program. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, accessible, and very clean, and every request was met with a smile. Each meal was delicious, a real culinary treat. The service team worked hard, were helpful and incredibly friendly, and always seemed to have a smile. This is a fantastic hotel that caters for people with disabilities throughout. Thank you for such warm hospitality. We highly recommend it and will definitely return! 😀
