The Friday-only opening is the quirky part of this small restaurant. Inside, it's been renovated beautifully in a rustic style, and the burger list keeps growing and changing. They also sell sausages and meat from their own butcher shop. The people running it are really friendly. Definitely recommend it.
The beef selection at Horse4C Ranch is a real treat for beef lovers, with regional cuts like dry-aged steak, tomahawk and flank steak, plus homemade sausages and roasts. They also sell Angus beef in the shop, and everything is made in-house. The Lermer family started Burger Fridays from a spontaneous idea in early 2024. Max Lermer grills on Fridays and turns out fresh, juicy smashburgers and other dishes that taste fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. You can tell there's a lot of heart behind it. It's a great tip, but expect to wait a little. Still well worth a visit.
We spent €30 on the two meals and both of us left completely full. The portions were bigger than we'd expected, so nobody went hungry. We ordered the Hot Stuff Burger meal deal and a pulled beef burger with extra cheese. The meat quality and limited opening hours mean you should expect some waiting. Our wait was made shorter with free beer. We visited for Burger Fridays and really enjoyed the food. We'll definitely come back.

The farm shop was great too, and I can recommend it. We'd been unsure at first, but ended up more than pleasantly surprised. That was the best burger we've ever had, and the team made us feel welcome. It's even worth driving 30-40 minutes to get there. We'll definitely return.
