We booked the same day on a spur-of-the-moment trip and got a great room with a balcony overlooking the mountains at a very reasonable price. The owners were kind, spoke great English, answered all our questions, and suggested nearby restaurants. This became one of our favorite stays, and we’re looking forward to coming back. Can’t recommend it enough.

We booked dinner as soon as we arrived, and the honest German cooking was delicious. The castle is close enough for a visit, with the option to have lunch out. We were lucky to stay here, with a great balcony room and a biker-friendly welcome. Fab.

The place felt clean and cosy, almost like visiting a nice aunt in Fussen. We had a lovely view of the Alps, and it was handy for the tourist attractions. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very kind. There are soft and alcoholic drinks plus snacks available at reasonable prices for evenings when you want to relax. It was a great spot to spend time with friends and family.

We wished we could have stayed another day. This was good value, with a balcony and a great view, good beds, and free outdoor parking. The owner even moved her car so we could use her space. There are self-serve drinks, including half-liter beer for 2,50. Breakfast was good at 7 eur, and we ate it in the garden. It’s not really a boutique hotel for hanging around all day, but it worked well for us.

The views of the Alps were beautiful, the food excellent, and the room comfortable. We found it fantastic value, and everyone at the hotel gave us a very friendly welcome. They spoke good English too. They made us feel so welcome, and I’d highly recommend staying here in the area.
