Prize by Radisson, Munich Airport

Those two lovely women on the evening shift were so helpful. They made me a little note with nice places to visit, looked after my luggage after my late arrival, and took care of my deliveries. Breakfast was amazing too. Great staff, and I'll definitely come back to Germany and this place.

A clean, practical, inexpensive spot near the airport. The rooms are on the small side, but they do the job. There's a bar downstairs that's open around the clock, plus free coffee in the morning. Breakfast is available for a few.

Lufthansa put me here for free after airport delays, and I was really pleasantly surprised. The service was top notch, and after such a long day I felt very welcome. The food was great, and the rooms were extremely clean. Even the toilet paper in each bathroom was folded beautifully. It's convenient that a bus runs between the hotel and airport. Breakfast starts at 5 a.m., or maybe 4:30, I don't remember exactly, and the airport shuttle also starts at 4 a.m. I was really pleased with this hotel.

For $240 CAD a night in October 2025, I expected more than the basics. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to the airport, but the walls let through a lot of sound. There was just one pillow and a very thick comforter. The bathroom had one soap for hair, body, and hands, with nothing else provided, not even a toothbrush cup. Everything costs extra: buffet breakfast was 18EU, and the shuttle was 10EU each way. They gave two tickets per person, which made it seem like you could take the shuttle back too. Getting there by public transit was a bit awkward, with a train, bus, and walk. There's no restaurant in the lobby, just frozen pizza, and nowhere nearby to see or get food.
