It's really frustrating how disrespectful and inhumane GWG is toward tenants. You end up wondering whether it's deliberate or simply total indifference. I've found them to be the most unfriendly and disorganized landlord I know. Whatever you need gets ignored or brushed aside. I told them for months that I wanted to move within the same building, and when an apartment became available, they just overlooked me. When an apartment has problems, like broken doors or leaky windows, they first say, "We'll fix it!" Then nothing gets done, and you're left footing the bill while they blame you. This shouldn't happen in a functioning society.

I regret staying here because the service was so poor. The building's elevator has been out for two days, and nobody has come to fix it. We filed a complaint, but they still haven't sent anyone to repair it. I can't even give this review half a star.

I've been calling for a year, but there's still no apartment available. When I see one advertised online, they tell me it isn't available yet and ask me to call back in two months. Then the listing is gone a day later. I've never dealt with such a racist company.

Finding the apartment in the high-rise was fairly quick thanks to the clear signs. Check-in is easy and flexible with a locker, and the holiday apartment is nicely furnished and centrally located.

We moved in last week and already feel comfortable. The service and support have been helpful, and we feel well advised. Looking forward to what's ahead.
