The rooms are big, breakfast has lots of choice, and the location is great. The staff are so sweet, and the place has a real home-from-home feel. Good value too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, or to stay here again and again.

The way receptionist Jeremy treated us left a terrible impression of the hotel. He was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and even basic questions were met with a cold, disrespectful attitude. Our time in Hamburg could have been a good experience, but that interaction ruined it. Reception is the face of a hotel, and management should take this seriously so future guests don’t get the same treatment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. The staff were kind, and we were pleasantly surprised by the note they left with fruit, tea, and chocolate. The location is two stops from the city center.

The lady at reception was always so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, even for me as a Chinese guest. The hotel itself is nice and the service is very good. I’m happy to say IHG is always a good hotel choice.

Every staff member was amazing, friendly, and kind. We asked several times for directions and recommendations, and they were always so helpful. During our extended stay, they said the room would be cleaned every other day, but they actually cleaned it daily. The hotel was super clean and had a great atmosphere that made us feel welcome. It’s a short trip from the city center, which keeps it close enough while avoiding the city-center price. Felt like a five-star stay without the five-star cost. I totally recommend it and give the whole team a 5+ rating.
